3rd Session of the Constitutional Commissions` Human Rights Sub-Committee Held

Constitutional Commissions' Human Rights Sub-Committee held the third session on June 4 at 2 p. m.


Constitutional Commissions' Human Rights Sub-Committee held the third session on June 4 at 2 p. m. Mr. Rodoljub Sabic presided over this session.

The Sub-Committee started the discussion on Draft Human Rights Chapter of the Constitution of Serbia, submitted by both Mr. Dragisa Krstovic, a Sub-Committee member, and Mr. Zoran Lutovac, M. Sc., an expert-consultant. According to this Draft, Sub-Committee members shall hand over their suggestions before the next session.

The Sub-Committee members came to the conclusion that human rights should be regulated to the highest possible degree by the Constitution.

The Sub-committee shall make decisions by a consensus, while alternatives to offered solutions shall be subject to vote at the Constitutional Commission session.
